Luodi is a service operated by Andrew Berry, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account and using Luodi you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
落地由Andrew Berry在英国运营。创建账户即表示同意本服务条款。如不同意，请勿使用本服务。
Luodi is designed for international students currently studying or recently graduated in the United Kingdom. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
落地面向在英国就读或刚毕业的留学生。注册即表示你年满18岁，所提供信息真实准确。
You agree not to:
禁止发布违法、仇恨、歧视或色情内容；禁止骚扰、威胁或冒充他人；禁止发送垃圾信息；禁止发布虚假信息；禁止干扰平台运行；禁止将服务用于任何违法目的。
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
我们保留在不另行通知的情况下删除违规内容并封禁账户的权利。
The Luodi community is a space for international students in the UK to share experiences, ask questions, and support each other. Posts are visible to other Luodi members in the same city or university scope. You are responsible for the content you post. Do not share personal contact details (phone numbers, social media IDs) publicly in posts — use direct messages for private communication.
社区供在英留学生交流、提问和互助。帖子对同城或同校成员可见。请勿在公开帖子中分享个人联系方式——私下沟通请使用私信功能。
The Luodi marketplace is a peer-to-peer platform for students to buy and sell second-hand goods. Luodi is not a party to any transaction. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, the condition of items, or the identity of buyers or sellers.
二手市场为学生之间的点对点交易平台，落地不参与任何交易，不对纠纷承担责任。请在安全的公共场所进行交易，禁止发布假冒、违禁或非法商品。
Luodi Pro is a one-time purchase of £4.99 that unlocks additional features (currently: marketplace listings). Payment is processed by Stripe. The purchase is non-refundable once Pro features have been accessed. We reserve the right to change the features included in Pro in the future, but we will always honour the access you paid for.
落地Pro为一次性付费£4.99，解锁额外功能（目前为：发布二手市场商品）。支付由Stripe处理。一旦使用Pro功能，付款不予退款。
The guides and information on Luodi are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, immigration, or medical advice. Visa rules, NHS procedures, and financial products change frequently — always verify current information on official government websites (gov.uk) or consult a qualified professional.
落地上的指南仅供一般参考，不构成法律、财务、移民或医疗建议。签证规定、NHS流程和金融产品经常变化，请以gov.uk官方网站为准，或咨询专业人士。
Some links in the app (for example to Monzo, Wise, or Starling) may be affiliate links. If you click through and sign up we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps fund the free service. We only recommend services we genuinely believe are useful for students.
应用中部分链接（如Monzo、Wise、Starling）可能为联盟链接，点击注册后我们可能获得佣金，但不额外收取你任何费用。我们只推荐真正对学生有用的服务。
The Luodi name, logo, and original content are owned by Luodi. You retain ownership of content you post (community posts, marketplace listings, profile information). By posting content you grant Luodi a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users of the platform.
落地名称、标志及原创内容归落地所有。你发布的内容（帖子、商品、个人信息）归你所有，但发布即授权落地在平台内展示。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luodi is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for: loss of data, transactions gone wrong between users, inaccuracies in guide content, or service interruptions. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for Luodi Pro (if anything).
在法律允许的最大范围内，落地不对数据丢失、用户间交易纠纷、指南内容不准确或服务中断承担责任。我们的最大赔偿金额不超过你为落地Pro支付的金额。
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@luodi.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. On termination, your posts may remain visible but will be anonymised.
你可随时发邮件至hello@luodi.app申请删除账户。违反条款可能导致账户被封禁。账户终止后，帖子内容可能保留但将匿名处理。
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice.
条款可能不定期更新。更新后继续使用即表示接受新条款。重大变更将通过邮件或应用内通知告知。
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
