2. What data we collect / 我们收集的数据
- Name (and name in your language, if provided), email address, date of birth
- University, course name, course start and end dates
- UK city, postcode, and address
- Arrival date in the UK, accommodation type
- Profile photo (optional)
- Community posts, marketplace listings, and direct messages
- Task completion records
我们收集：姓名（中英文）、邮箱、生日、大学及课程信息、英国城市及地址、到达日期、住宿类型、头像、社区帖子、市场发布、私信及任务完成记录。
3. Why we collect it / 收集目的
- To provide and personalise the Luodi service (legal basis: contract)
- To connect you with students in your city and university (legal basis: contract)
- To send notifications about activity on your posts (legal basis: contract)
- To process Pro payments via Stripe (legal basis: contract)
- To understand how the app is used and improve it (legal basis: legitimate interests)

4. Who we share your data with / 数据共享
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting (EU region)
- Vercel — web hosting and analytics (with your consent)
- PostHog — product analytics, page views, and session data (EU region, with your consent)
- Stripe — payment processing for Pro purchases
- Impact.com — affiliate tracking (with your consent)
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
我们仅与Supabase、Vercel、PostHog、Stripe及Impact.com共享数据。我们不出售你的个人数据。
5. Cookies / Cookie说明
- Essential cookies — required to keep you logged in. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — Vercel Analytics (page visits, no personal data) and PostHog (page views, navigation patterns, session data — EU servers). Requires consent.
- Affiliate tracking — Impact.com (referral link tracking). Requires consent.
You can change cookie preferences by clearing your browser storage and reloading the app.

6. Data retention / 数据保留
We keep your data while your account is active. On account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except financial records retained for legal compliance (7 years).
账户活跃期间保留数据。删除账户后30天内删除个人数据，财务记录依法保留7年。
7. Your rights / 你的权利
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@luodi.app — we will respond within 30 days.
You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
你有权访问、更正、删除、限制或携带数据，及随时撤回同意。发邮件至hello@luodi.app，我们30天内回复。也可向ICO投诉。
